We do not use your contact information for anything other than contacting you for your project

Only 5 contractors who bid on your project get to see your contact information

3)How do I get the right contractor from HireAPro to complete my Project?

Once you submit the project, notifications go to all the contractor based on their coverage and skills. The first 5 contractors who purchase your project are allowed to post thier estimates and thier availability.

You can choose the contractors based on your budjet and time

4)Is there a way that I can quote my budget and time ?

Yes you have an option to quote your budget and time while you submit the project.

5)Whats is the criteria for a vendor to register on hireapro?

6)How do I contact my vendor ?

You can get all the contact information of your vendor by logging into your hireapro account. You can also chat online with your vendor from your hireapro account. Incase you do not get any response, you can contact our customer service department by calling 805 200 5304 or email us at hireaproservice@gmail.com

You can pay online by logging into hireapro by debit card or credit card. We have a very safe and secure option for payment such as paypal and stripe

1) How much does it cost to use hireapro?

It is Free of charge to register as a contractor. To receive job leads from our service you need to add a payment method, but you only pay for leads you wish to purchase. You can also create a profile without adding any payment method. You have an option for pay per lead or pay per package.

2)What should I do if I dont want alerts for a particular period of time?(Contractor)

You have an option to alter your alerts. If you do not want to get any alerts because you are not available for a particular perior, you can login to your account and turn off the alerts. Once you are available, you can log back in and turn it on.

4)How do I get to know that there are projects currently available for bidding? (Contractor)

You will receive alerts via SMS and email when there is new a project which is within your coverage and suits your skills.
